Collective Worship
We have daily worship led by either a member of staff, Rev'd Jonathan or our Friends from Billesdon Benefice. The children who are part of our Worship Team help support, lead and evaluate our worship.
We begin each worship with a nomination from our children, choosing someone to light our candle who has shown one of our Christian Values.
We often include a song or hymn relevant to our message, and we end with a prayer (see our school prayer below).
Every Friday, we celebrate the children's learning in a 5R Star assembly to which parents are invited.
Harvest, Christmas, Easter and End of Year celebration services are held in the church led by a member of the clergy and our Worship Team. Each class also designs and leads a church service every year, which is celebrated with their families and a visit to the church Cafe Morrell.
Every year we hold a Remembrance Service at the War Memorial and each child lays a poppy to represent the fallen soldiers from the village that died in World War 1
